Unibel is Bel Group's family holding company. Our primary role is to shape the Company’s strategic vision and long-term ambitions while safeguarding the values of our shareholder family. We maintain ongoing dialogue with Bel's leadership team. Unibel is incorporated as a French public company (société anonyme) and governed by a Management Board and Supervisory Board.
